Virgil Hervey

Fifteen months ago, I dropped everything, including a law practice in New York, to devote my full time to writing fiction. I am currently living in Southwest Ohio where I have finished my first novel, Nothing Better To Do, and worked as Assistant Director of the 2001 Antioch Writers' Workshop. My poetry, stories, articles and reviews have appeared in dozens of small press publications, including: The Chicago Review, Olympia Review, Blank Gun Silencer, Lilliput Review, City Primeval, Sheila-Na-Gig, Angelflesh, Black Cross and Chiron Review. My sixth and most recent poetry chapbook, David Called Today, was published two years ago by A.A.R. Press.
